The Report
The written housing evaluation report is provided not later than the morning after the inspection via email. When possible the report will be provided on the day of the inspection. The report is a PDF document detailing the inspection findings, maintenance suggestions and major component service life information. The report includes pictures to help document and describe the condition of the property at the time of the inspection.
