The Inspection
Your home inspection will be a comprehensive visual evaluation of the entire structure, interior, exterior and all the mechanicals. The home inspection is performed in compliance with the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) of which I am a member. During the course of the inspection I will explain my findings to you and answer any questions you may have. The maintenance needs of the home will be discussed during the inspection to enable you to understand how to protect your investment. The age of significant components of the home and their service lives will be provided to enable you to anticipate future major expenses. My inspection and the written report are tailored specifically to your home. I am available by phone after the inspection to answer any questions regarding the home which may arise.
